For example, if you subscribe to a newspaper, we may collect your information to perform our contract with you, but we also collect your information as we have a business interest in maintaining your information after your transaction is complete so that we can quickly and easily respond to any questions about your order. If you use the telephone number, you will be guided through a process that will allow you to submit a verifiable request. If you disagree with how we handled a request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us by email with the subject line “Appeal.”
Note that, as required by law, we will require you to prove your identity. We may verify your identity by phone call or email. Depending on your request, we will ask for information such as your name and email address. We will ask you at least one question, and you must reply by email with the correct answer for each question based on your previous interaction with us. If we still cannot verify your identity as required by law, we will let you know and may ask additional questions. Otherwise, we will acknowledge your request and contact you later with our full response.

In some circumstances, you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf. If an authorized agent is submitting a request on your behalf, the authorize agent must present written permission to exercise your rights under applicable law. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may change our privacy policy and practices over time. To the extent that our policy changes in a material way, the policy that was in place at the time that you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless we receive your consent to the new privacy policy.
