The Youngstown Village Board approved its $2.23 million 2025/26 budget on Thursday.
Officials say it will not raise property taxes on residents.
The rate will remain at $7.81 per $1,000 of assessed value. Sewer and water rates will remain at $7.08 and $5.05 per 1,000 gallons used.
Village treasurer Kim Winning said they made small changes to the village valuation and payroll since it was presented in full earlier this month.
Spending is estimated at $1.73 million for the general fund, $215,000 for the water fund, and $283,140 in the sewer fund.
Major changes included decreasing contributions to employee benefits like workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and the state retirement system.
