MINEVILLE — Moriah and AuSable Valley made up a match originally scheduled for Jan 16. It was worth it as the lanes were filled with action and excitement.
The Vikings and Patriots would split the boys match, 2-2, while the Moriah girls went for the full sweep of AuSable, 4-0.
On the boys side, Cayden Muller led the Vikings with two strong games of 191 and 190 to finish with a 530 series.
Teammate Brayden Armstrong finished with a 529 series as Jeremy Riemersma added a 415.
The Patriots were led by Logan Collins who finished with a 530 series with two games of 178 and 182. Ethan Crowningshield added a 442 series as Michael Lewallen bowled a 446.
Avrial Fuller led the Moriah girls with a 450 series after bowling games of 161 and 154. Harley Taylor added a 432 series after bowling a 158 game. Emily Pinheiro and Morgan Towns added games of 366 and 385, respectively.
AVCS girls were led by Lydia Roberts and Abby Perk as they both hit with a 405 series. Eleanore Quinn and Karli Church contributed series of 384 and 375, respectively.
