CHAMPAIGN — The Oakwood boys basketball team won its second straight game on Tuesday with a 51-32 win over St. Thomas More.
Jackson Dudley had 15 points for the Comets, who broke open the game with a 17-2 second quarter, while Carsen Dudley had 11 points, Brandt Hobick and Ben Darling each had eight points and Alex Wallace added six points.
The Comets will try for three straight wins when they start Vermilion Valley Conference play against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin on Friday.
