CUMBERLAND — Levi House threw a touchdown pass and ran for two more, and the Personal Best Patriots routed the Northern Steelers, 64-0, Sunday at Greenway Avenue Stadium.
The Patriots (3-0) led 22-0 after the first quarter and 51-0 at the half.
House had two rushes for 80 yards and completed a 65-yard touchdown pass to Mason Davis for the Patriots’ first score. He also kicked three PATs through the uprights for six points.
Jaiden Beck finished with three rushes for 30 yards and a touchdown, Jayvon Emerson had a 65-yard interception return for a touchdown, Nathaniel Rivera racked up 80 yards and two TDs on three carries and had a 55-yard pick-six, and Davis had a 38-yard rushing touchdown in addition to his long reception.
Roy Easterling, Bubby Hawley and Jihad Bell topped the Patriots with five tackles apiece. Isaiah Vaughn made four stops.
Emerson, Jerrit Zembower, Rivera, Beck and Hawley picked off Northern passes, and Brayden Painter and Davis recovered fumbles.
Northern’s MVPs were Levi Wilburn on offense and Tyler Lewis on defense.
The Patriots are at Hedgesville’s eighth-grade team Saturday at 7 p.m. at Hedgesville High School.
