The Panther Tales Players will perform “Once Upon a High School” April 16-20 at the Stone Memorial High School Auditorium.
Favorite fairy-tale characters have their world turned upside down as they get a fresh taste of reality. When a portal is opened to another world, Cinderella’s stepsisters take the leap and find themselves in a very real high school. While they seem to fit in perfectly in this world where mean girls are cool, crossing over into reality has serious consequences for the fantasy world they left behind. You’ll love this complex, rich tapestry of enchanted fun woven with a poignant, meaningful thread about what it means to be alive and in control of your own destiny.
Showtime is 7 p.m. daily April 16-19; two shows, at 1 and 7 p.m., are planned for Saturday, April 20.
Tickets are $5 for children and $7 for adults.
