ATKINSON: Functional Fitness Class
(Dec. 5, 12, 19)
This special 3-week intro course features low-impact cardio and strength training, as well as implementing Tai Chi principles and Qi Gong to quite the mind and body. This course is appropriate for those who are in general good health and can do continuous physical activity for 45 minutes. There will be time for Q&A at the end of each class. All are welcome.
