The Free Press
The 11th annual Climb 2 Feed Kids, a team relay-style climb and slide race, is slated Jan. 21 on the tubing hill at Mount Kato.
All funds raised support Feeding Our Communities Partners’ mission to solve youth hunger.
To participate in the climb, teams of five to 10 members commit to a fundraising goal. Teams climb 500 feet up the tubing hill, grab a tube and slide down to the bottom as their next team member’s ascent begins.
Prizes will be awarded for most funds raised, fastest time and team spirit.
Opportunities are available for volunteers to fill shifts for assisting at the event.
