KEENE — Hyler Isham tallied the first three goals of the game in the first half on Thursday to power Keene to a 6-0 victory over Johnsburg/Minerva in Northern Soccer League Division III play.
Ethan Sawyer and Keenan Warner also scored in the first half the Beavers, who took a 5-0 lead.
Vann Morrelli, who assisted on two of Isham’s first-half goals, then closed out the scoring early in the second half.
The shutout went to Peter Robjent who finished with six saves. Nate Vanderwalker stopped 14 shots for the visitors.
“Hyler Isham and Vann Morrelli had outstanding performances for us,” Keene coach Brad Hurlburt said. “Nate Vanderwalker made several incredible saves for J/M. He played a great game in goal.”

PLATTSBURGH — Andrew Bula and Sebastian Bonnabesse tallied first-half goals in the Hornets Division I win.
Bola scored on a half volley and Bonnabesse off a rebound of a deflected penalty kick.
In net for the shutout was Nick Clookey with four saves.
“This was a big win for us as we edge closer to the postseason,” PHS coach Chris LaRose said. “Peru’s goalie (Conner Perrotte) played a great game saving two penalty kicks, one in each half.
“Our team played probably our best game of the season. Our ball control and passing was clicking, we ball tackled well and we were fortunate to keep a very hard-working and talented Peru team off the scoreboard.
“This was definitely an all-around team win for PHS.”

— Henry Gibson poured in four goals and the Griffins rolled past the Blue Bombers in Division II play.
Ezra Wekin, Carson Leibeck, Ben Burdo and Jackson Hooper also scored for Boquet Valley, which jumped out to a 5-0 lead 18 minutes into the game.
Wekin, Braden Liberi and Hooper also added two assists each.
“It was Senior Night for the Griffins as we honored Boden Buehler, Ben Burdo, Jackson Hooper, Maddox Rice and Beckham Egglefield,” Boquet Valley coach Evan George said.
“We were focused an played really well today, and we had important contributions from everyone on the team. It was a nice way to say thanks to our seniors for all the work they’re put in over the past few years.”

CHAZY — The Eagles led only, 1-0, after the first 25 minutes of play, but then poured in seven combined goals in the final 14 minutes of the opening half and the first 10 minutes of the second half in the Division II win.
Dylan McAfee and Isaac Merrill led the scoring onslaught with three goals each, with McAfee also getting an assist.
Kobe Hernandez tallied two goals for Chazy, while Novak Jarus added one, Madox Tyndall picked up assists on McAfee’s first two goals. Pryce Parker, Ryan Demers, Zamir Foster and Jordan Juneau also assisted on goals.

Mason Brown added a goal and two assists for Saranac, which held a 3-0 lead at the half.

“Saranac is a very strong team and are well coached,” AuSable Valley coach Tim Butler said. “They were just too much for us tonight.
“Cortland Baer and Celton Dupuis had strong games for us.”

But Payton Parliament tied it for the Eagles shortly after, at 3:59, and Jillian Hagadorn put Beekmantown ahead to stay less than two minutes later, at 5:18.
Grace McCasland make it 3-1 with 11:45 remaining in the half.
Brynn Hite cut NCCS’ deficit to 3-2 midway through the second stanza, only to have Rhianna Gilligan restoring the Eagles’ two-goal advantage four minutes later.
