SALEM — The New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra invites you to celebrate the spirit of the season at our annual Holiday Pops Concert.
This year’s concert promises to be a delightful blend of festive favorites, featuring Ron Goldstein’s joyful “Hanukkah Medley,” Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s enchanting “Valse des Fleurs,” (Waltz of the Flowers) and the beloved “Polar Express,” arranged by Jerry Brubaker.
Each piece brings its own unique charm: Goldstein’s medley celebrates the traditions of Hanukkah, Tchaikovsky’s work enchants with its lush melodies, and the heartwarming themes from “Polar Express” capture the wonder of the holidays. Together, these selections create a musical tapestry that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Join for a heartwarming experience filled with music, joy, and community spirit. The beloved Christmas Carol sing-along will invite audience members to lend their voices in celebration.
With music, singing, and joyful energy, this year’s Holiday Pops is a must-attend event for the entire family! From young children to grandparents, all are welcome to experience the joy of music together.
In addition, the orchestra has expanded the Holiday Pops Concerts this year, with three performances in December. Due to the overwhelming popularity of this annual event, a third performance has been added to ensure everyone can experience the festive magic.
In addition to the traditional Saturday evening concert at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, the Philharmonic will now present two performances on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. This family-friendly concert promises to fill the hall with the sounds of the season, making it the perfect way to celebrate the holidays.
