NEWBURYPORT — Award-winning actor Sheryl Faye, known for her portrayals of historical women, will visit “The Morning Show” on Thursday to discuss “Her Majesty,” described as “an immersive evening with Queen Elizabeth II,” which she will perform as a fundraiser for Our Neighbors Table on Sunday, Aug. 4, at 6 p.m. at the Cabot Theater in Beverly.
Faye will discuss why she chose to portray the queen and what she will emphasize about her life, including her support of more than 600 charitable causes over the course of her long reign.
ONT Community Engagement Coordinator Leanne Cavallaro and Communications Director Will Courtney will accompany Faye, and will talk about the organization’s fundraising goals of providing support for their provision of fresh, nutritious groceries and community meals to numerous North Shore locations free of charge, as well as support of the Seacoast Regional Food Hub.
