FROSTBURG — The Frostburg State men’s basketball team won its first Mountain East Conference game of the season on Tuesday, defeating West Virginia Wesleyan 69-61.
Jaden Baker led the Bobcats (2-5, 1-1 MEC) with 17 points, adding five rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block.
Koby Baptiste finished with 12 points, three rebounds and two steals.
Curtis Litton scored a game-high 25 points for Wesleyan (1-4, 0-2 MEC).
Michael Batchelor added 11 points and five assists.
Wesleyan led 30-29 at halftime but Frostburg outscored them 40-31 in the second half.
The Bobcats are at Charleston on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
