Falls police investigating stabbing on Grand Avenue

A 36-year-old man was taken to Erie County Medical Center Tuesday night following an assault on the 2400 block of Grand Avenue.
Falls police were called to the home just before 6 p.m. on Tuesday. City firefighters and an AMR ambulance crew also responded to the scene.
The man was reportedly suffering from multiple stab wounds but police at the scene said he was expected to recover.
Niagara Falls detectives are investigating the incident.
