Downtown Danville Inc. has opened its Spring 2024 grant program for property owners within Special Services Area Number One.
Beginning Monday, property owners in the designated area are invited to apply for grants to enhance the interior or exterior of their establishments. The grant program, funded by a special property tax, aims to support the ongoing revitalization and economic development of downtown Danville.

Annie Monyok, Executive Director of Downtown Danville Inc., stressed the importance of community involvement in driving downtown revitalization efforts.
“Our grant program plays a vital role in empowering property owners to invest in their businesses and contribute to the vibrancy of our downtown area,” she said in a news release. “We encourage all eligible property owners within Special Services Area Number One to take advantage of this opportunity.”
