LAWRENCE — More than 100 people danced to a variety of “oldies” music to help the St. Rita Sodality benefit the Holy Rosary Shrine on Saturday night, April 13, at the Holy Rosary Shrine Center in Lawrence.
Music from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s played by disc jockey Joe MacQuarrie of Joe Mac’s Music got people on their feet, some dressed honoring the stars of that era.
Tables were named in honor of stars like Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Paul Anka, Roy Orbison, and Aerosmith.
