CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested Saturday after allegedly breaking into a home in the 200 block of Independence Street, Cumberland Police said.
Brandon Lee Spiker, 39, was charged with first- and fourth-degree burglary and disorderly conduct after police arrested him about 1:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Columbia Street where they were called for a reported breaking and entering.
Spiker reportedly removed items from an attached garage of the Independence Street residence.
He was being held Sunday in the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
