COURTLAND — A 32-year-old Mankato man was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 14 east of Courtland Friday morning.
The Minnesota State Patrol did not release the name of the victim in its initial report on the crash, which occurred at 7:28 a.m. about three miles east of Courtland.
The male driver was westbound in a 2017 RAM 1500 when it left the roadway and crashed, according to the Patrol. The pavement was dry at the time and no other vehicles were involved. The pickup’s air bag deployed but the driver was not wearing a seat belt.
