• Hannah Holden from Chatsworth made the Dean’s List for the 2024 spring semester at Midway University. To be named to the list a student must be classified as full time and obtain a 3.60 grade point average for the semester.
• The University of Mississippi announced students named to the spring 2024 Honor Roll lists. Madyson Evans of Rocky Face, majoring in social studies education, and Sirena Pridgen of Dalton, majoring in allied health studies, were named to the Chancellor’s Honor Roll, which is for students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.75-4.00.
• Tennessee Tech University announced that Mary Roberts of Dalton was named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester. To be included on the Dean’s List students must attend the university full time and earn a grade point average of at least 3.1 on a 4.0 scale.
• Micheal King of Dalton graduated from Troy University during the spring semester/Term 4 of the 2023-24 academic year. King graduated with an undergraduate degree.
• Valdosta State University has named the students on its spring 2024 Dean’s List. To qualify for the Dean’s List students must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.00 or higher.
