BURGLARY
Police are investigating a burglary in the 600 block of 67th Street. A female victim told officers that sometime between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into her home by breaking a rear window. The victim said some cash was taken from a jug in her kitchen.
BURGLARY
Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of Portage Road. A male victim told officers that sometime between Feb. 29 and 9:59 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into his apartment by prying open a door. The victim said two TVs and a cell phone were taken from his home.
ARREST
A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 7200 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday. The 30-year-old woman was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more than $66 worth of merchandise without paying for the items.
THEFT
Officers are looking into a vehicle break-in in the 800 block of Armory Place. A female victim told police that sometime between 11 p.m. Wednesday to 9:54 a.m. Thursday, someone broke into her 2016 Chevy Cruze by smashing out the rear passenger window. The victim said three pairs of Air Jordan sneakers were taken from the vehicle.
BURGLARY
Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of Fifth Street. A female victim told officers that sometime between 6:30 and 6:41 a.m. Thursday, a male suspect broke into her room through the window in her children’s bedroom. After having a conversation with the children, the victim said the suspect took a PlayStation5 game system and an Apple iPad and ran out the front door of the house.
THEFT
Officers are looking into a vehicle break-in in the 600 block of Walnut Avenue. A male victim told police that sometime between 1:11 p.m. Wednesday and noon Thursday, someone broke into his vehicle by unknown means. The victim said a bag of tools, a pair of handcuffs and a Rick & Morty wallet were taken from the vehicle.
