• INCIDENT: Police responded to a call of property damage on the 4700 block of Beach Ridge Road in Pendleton. The victim told a Niagara County Sheriff’s deputy that he believed his estranged brother drove through his lawn at 7:44 a.m. Dec. 20. The victim did not want to pursue charges.
• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Police are investigating how four “tire spikes” ended up in a resident’s driveway Thursday on Chestnut Road in the Town of Wilson. The victim told a Niagara County Sheriff’s deputy that he suspected his ex-girfriend’s ex-husband. He also said he’d install cameras in case of a future incident.
• DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Police responded to a report of damage to property on South Transit Road at 3:41 p.m. Thursday. The owner of the business said a vehicle had gone off track in a carwash and struck an “arch” because the driver didn’t put the car in neutral and turned the wheel. The driver said she did not turn the wheel. She did not wish to notify her insurance company but did want the report on file.
