VALDOSTA — Coming off a national quarterfinal appearance and a share of the program’s 10th Gulf South Conference title in 2023, season tickets are on sale now for the 2024 Valdosta State football season. Single game tickets will go on sale July 1.
The schedule features six home games at historic Bazemore-Hyder Stadium. The season begins Aug. 31 in Titletown versus rival Albany State, marking the first time VSU has opened the season in August since 2009, and the first time opening at home in August since 2008.
For the 2024 season, adult season tickets are $100 per ticket, while VSU Faculty/Staff tickets are $90, as are senior tickets (65-up). Youth tickets are $55 for ages 5-College ID. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.ticketreturn.com/prod2new/team.asp?SponsorID=17501.
Besides Albany State, home games are against Fayetteville State on Sept. 14, West Alabama on Sept. 28, Oct. 19 against Mississippi College, Chowan on Nov. 2 and West Florida on Nov. 16.
The Fayetteville State game is on Parents Weekend. This will be the first ever game for the Blazers against the Broncos from Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The Blazers will celebrate homecoming against Mississippi College, with West Florida as Senior Day.
