• A 31-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Monday by the Chatsworth Police Department with aggravated assault.
• A 41-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with computer pornography.
• A 34-year-old Chattanooga man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear and fugitive from justice (Hamilton County, Tennessee, for domestic assault).
• A 58-year-old Cohutta man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving a stolen vehicle and felony theft by bringing stolen property into the state.
• A 21-year-old Dalton woman was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, misdemeanor failure to appear, reckless driving and safety belts violation.
• A 25-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 2 drug, felony probation violation and giving false information to a law officer.
• A 54-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with first-degree forgery, misdemeanor failure to appear, aggravated identity fraud, DUI, failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license.
• A 24-year-old Chattanooga woman was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with three counts of felony shoplifting and misdemeanor failure to appear.
• A 36-year-old Chattanooga man was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated battery (weapon), two counts of cruelty to children (allowing to witness felony/battery/family violence), reckless conduct, simple battery, battery (family violence), burglary (forced entry, dwelling), second-degree criminal damage to private property, possession of a schedule 2 drug, two counts of misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers, two counts of obstructing an emergency call and misdemeanor tampering with evidence.
• A 33-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, open container violation, speeding and reckless driving.
