CUMBERLAND — Allegany Street will be closed between Washington Street and Fayette Street on Wednesday and Thursday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. to allow First Energy to perform work.
Residents will be provided access to their homes via the Fayette Street side of Allegany Street.
