The Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce honored some of the region’s most successful movers and shakers at the organization’s annual awards dinner on Oct. 4 at Michael’s Function Hall in Haverhill. State Auditor Diana DiZoglio was keynote speaker.
Haverhill Mayor James Fiorentini was honored with the Appreciation for Leadership award, while the Emerging Leader Award was presented to Bill DeLuca IV of the Bill DeLuca Family of Dealerships.
The Business Development award was presented to brothers Juan and Luis Yepez of Yepez Properties in Lawrence, and the Nonprofit Award went to Karen Frederick, CEO of Community Teamwork of Greater Lowell.
The Ralph B. Wilkinson Good Citizenship Award went to Michael Sullivan, rehab coordinator at the Sgt. Johanny Rosario Pichardo House.
