TIFTON — A local power provider has given a children’s education firm a $1,000 grant.
Colquitt EMC’s grant to Snapology of Tifton was funded by Green Power EMC, which provides funds for STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) related projects.
The funds provided will allow for STEAM-related educational opportunities within Tift County and surrounding communities, according to a statement from Colquitt EMC.
