FROSTBURG — For the third consecutive season, Frostburg State’s Emilee Weakley was named D2CCA First Team All-Region, as announced on Thursday.
Weakley broke Frostburg’s career scoring record with 2,015 points, surpassing Sheila Colbert’s previous mark that stood since 1991.
Weakley earned three straight first-team All-Mountain East Conference (MEC) selections and was the conference’s Freshman of the Year in 2022 and Player of the Year in 2023.
Weakley led Division II in scoring the past two seasons and is expected to do it again this season with 27.4 points a night.
