Friday fish fry dinners are a longstanding part of the Catholic Lenten season, and at St. Thomas Aquinas parish in Derry, everyone is welcome to get a bite. The annual Lenten fish fry creates a space for people to practice their religious beliefs, or just eat a delicious dinner of New England classics, including fish chowder, fried fish, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. The dinners are served every Friday throughout Lent from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Aquinas Center, and all are welcome. The adult meal this year is $14, while kid’s eat for $5, dine-in or take-out.
