GEORGETOWN — The Georgetown-Ridge Farm girls basketball team warmed up for postseason play with a 52-40 win over Armstrong-Potomac on Thursday.
Milee Ellis had 20 points to lead the Buffaloes, who scored 21 points in the first quarter to get things going, while Madi Spesard had 19 points, Peyton McComas had six points and Addisen Ellis added four points.
Kayla Crull led the Trojans with 17 points, while Chesney Franzen had eight, Elle Jameson had seven and Ashlyn Ackerman added six points.
The Buffaloes will host Chrisman on Saturday in an IHSA Class 1A regional, while the Trojans will host Urbana University in an IHSA Class 1A regional.
