Jack, tell us about the season so far. How do you think the team has been playing to this point of the season?
This season has been a mix of ups-and-downs. We have been plagued by injuries but regardless we are continuing to improve and gel together as a team. I think the team has been playing very well, but we still have a lot to improve on as the season goes on.
What’s your hockey background? When did you start playing and who taught you how to skate?
I started playing hockey in the second grade and learned to skate in first grade. I was taught in the learn to skate program through Greater Haverhill Pentucket Youth Hockey
If you had to pick your favorite memory thus far while playing for Haverhill, what would it be?
My favorite memory would have to be scoring the overtime winner against Pentucket my sophomore year.
You also play golf and are a two-time Tribune second team all-star. Tell us about your best day on the course this past season.
My best day on the course came during a practice round, when I shot an even par on the front nine at Bradford Country Club.
Where’s your favorite place to eat in Haverhill, and if I go there, what should I order?
My favorite place to go is Tacos Lupita and you should order a burrito with cheese, rice, refried beans, chicken, and ask for everything on top.
