CUMBERLAND — A swearing-in ceremony for two newly elected members of Cumberland City Council scheduled for Monday has been postponed.
Eugene Frazier and Brian Lepley were scheduled to be sworn in after winning in the November election.
The ceremony has not yet been rescheduled.
