BISMARCK — The Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin boys basketball team jumped out to a 2-0 Vermilion Valley Conference record on Friday.
The Blue Devils jumped out to a16-2 first quarter lead and did not let up in a 65-24 win over Oakwood.
Micah Stanford had 17 points to lead BHRA, while Keison Peoples had 14 points, Micah Tidwell had nine, Ethan Dubois scored eight and Chaz Dubois and Caden Keleminic each added five.
Jackson Dudley had 10 points to lead the Comets, while Jaethan Perez, Carsen Dudley and Drake Roberts each added four.
The Blue Devils will take on Prairie Central on Saturday, while the Comets will face Armstrong-Potomac next Friday.
