The theme of Teutopolis High School Homecoming is “City of Stars.”
2023 retiring queen is Olivia Hemmen, daughter of Tim and Linda Hemmen, and retiring king is Hunter Stewart, son of Nick and Lindsey Stewart.
The 2024 Homecoming Court is Freshman attendant Ella Willenborg, daughter of Tim and Emily Willenborg; sophomore attendant Gabriella (Gabby) Tegeler, daughter of Jeff and Maria Tegeler; junior attendant Cecilia Mette, daughter of Michael and Michelle Mette.
Homecoming King candidates are Liam Collins, son of Greg and Rachel Collins; Carter Hoene, son of Jamie and Crystal Hoene; and Dawson Hoene, son of Bruce and Jodi Hoene.
Homecoming Queen candidates are Isabella Heuerman, daughter of Woody and Kelly Heuerman; Claresa Ruholl, daughter of Clem and Kate Ruholl; and Paige Swingler, daughter of Bill and Ann Swingler.
The 2024 Homecoming game will be Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Teutopolis High School gymnasium with the Wooden Shoes playing the Paris High School Tigers. The junior varsity game will begin at 6 p.m. The 2024 Homecoming Court will be presented between games.
The Homecoming dance will be Saturday, Dec. 14, at Bishop Hall. Tickets are being sold by the student council in the mornings before school and during lunch hour. Parents and community are asked to view the coronation at the game rather than at the dance.
