MAPLETON — A motorcyclist was injured in a crash with a pickup Tuesday morning.
Michael Behrends, 34, of Mapleton, was driving a Triumph Daytona northbound on Highway 22 at Mapleton, near Blue Earth County Road 7, when he and a Ford F150, driven by Tyler Hunstad, 38, of Mapleton, also driving north on Hwy. 22, collided at 7:43 a.m., according to the State Patrol.
Behrends was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester with non-life threatening injuries. Hunstad was not injured, the patrol said.
