A Niagara Falls man has been charged with causing severe burns to a woman in the area of Seventh and Niagara streets early Tuesday morning.
Falls police were called to the area about 1:45 a.m. Tuesday where they found a 48-year-old female victim being treated by members of the Niagara Falls Fire Department for burns to her head, arms and body.
