• A 25-year-old Dalton man was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with kidnapping (adult), simple battery (family violence), disorderly conduct and reckless driving.
• A 62-year-old Cleveland, Tennessee, man was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, DUI (drugs), habitual violator, driving without insurance, failure to register vehicle and safety belts violation.
• A 40-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with open container violation and DUI.
• A 60-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth.
• A 29-year-old Dalton man was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with false imprisonment, cruelty to children (allowing to witness felony/battery/family violence) and battery (family violence).
• A 57-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.
• A 22-year-old Dalton man was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• A 23-year-old Lexington, Kentucky, man was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, DUI (drugs) and failure to maintain lane.
• A 59-year-old Harrogate, Tennessee, man was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and DUI (drugs).
