Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• A 34-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Thursday by the Eton Police Department with improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, improper/erratic lane change, turn signal requirements violation, DUI (less safe) and brake light requirements for all vehicles manufactured after Jan. 1, 1954, violation.
• A 36-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and running a red light.
• A 24-year-old Chatsworth man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, open container violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane and improper lane change or usage.
• A 44-year-old Dalton woman was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI (drugs), improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and violation of Georgia’s hands-free law.
