NORTH MANKATO — A man that North Mankato police found has been identified and is safe.
At 3:15 p.m. Sunday police received a call reporting a developmentally disabled male was found at 1624 Colony Court. He was unable to identify to officers his name or address, and had no identification in his possession.
But he was soon identified and returned to his guardian.
