UPDATE: Joshua Gene Day has been located, according to Cumberland Police.
CUMBERLAND — The Cumberland Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Gene Day, 32, who was last seen on Saturday at 1 p.m. on Arch Street.
Day, who has hazel eyes and brown hair, was wearing a black jacket over a red hooded sweatshirt, black joggers, black and white Nike shoes and was carrying an Adidas bag.
