FITHIAN — The Salt Fork girls basketball team put up a balanced attack on Thursday as the Storm beat Oakwood 44-26.
Macie Russell had 13 points to lead the Storm, who jumped out to a 12-0 first quarter lead, while Sailor Pacot had 10 points, Bracie Hird had eight, Alexa Jamison had six and Brycie Hird added five.
Jaydah Arrowsmith had 13 points to lead the Comets, while Nikita Taylor had five points.
The Storm will face Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin on Monday, while the Comets will travel to Schlarman Academy on Monday.
