Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• A 35-year-old Atlanta woman was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with first-degree forgery, possession and use of drug-related objects, DUI (drugs), misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers, improper passing on the right/passing on the shoulder of a roadway, speeding, improper lane change or usage, safety belts violation, passing in no-passing zones, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving with a suspended or revoked license and felony fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer.
• A 27-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and purchase/possession of any controlled substance in schedule 1/schedule 2.
• A 34-year-old Dalton woman was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of amphetamine, possession of meth, sale of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and trafficking meth (possession).
• A 20-year-old Dalton man was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs), speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
