Editor’s note: The following information is compiled from public records taken from reports from local law enforcement agencies.
• A 55-year-old Gastonia, North Carolina, man was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with misdemeanor theft of services, disorderly conduct, four counts of terroristic threats and acts, and public drunk.
• A 43-year-old Chatsworth woman was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.
• A 21-year-old Calhoun man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary (forced entry, non-residence), felony theft by taking/larceny/theft of an automobile, second-degree criminal damage to business property, giving false information to a law officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
• A 24-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated identity fraud.
• A 23-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation, misdemeanor theft by taking/larceny/pocket picking and fugitive from justice (Calhoun County, Alabama) and by the Dalton Police Department with misdemeanor probation violation.
• A 41-year-old Dalton man was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.
• A 45-year-old Dalton woman was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 4 drug, misdemeanor failure to appear, giving false information to a law officer and crossing a guard line with drugs without consent.
• A 19-year-old Dalton woman was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI under 21 and failure to maintain lane.
