MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Robin Quillon has been appointed senior vice president of Community Newspaper Holdings Inc.'s Allegheny Division. Quillon will continue in his role as publisher of the Johnstown, Pa., Tribune-Democrat.

Quillion is a 28-year veteran of the newspaper industry. He previously was vice president and general manager of The Frederick, Md., News Post, publisher of the News Chief in Winter Haven, Fla., and regional publisher of nine community newspapers owned by Morris Communications near Jacksonville, Fla. He joined CNHI as publisher of the Tribune-Democrat in 2008.
