Kate Glass/Gloucester Daily Times Jamie Mason and Damon Cummings help assemble a float that will be on display during today’s fishermen’s rally at the National Marine Fisheries Service building in Blackburn Industrial Park. The float depicts Jane Lubchenco, chief administrator of the National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration, parent of the National Marine Fisheries Service, lynching two fishermen.
